Valentine’s day done differently this year: high energy, endorphins, new people and mocktails included.
This Valentine’s Day, we’re skipping the awkward singles events and doing something actually epic. Join us for a Lucky Punch aqua bag boxing and HIIT class, a high energy workout that feels like a silent disco meets a fitness rave. Expect sweat, power punches, endorphins, and a serious release. Come hit hard, laugh a little, and shake off whatever (or whoever) you’re done with.
Whether you’re single, in your “it’s complicated” era, or just over the usual Valentine’s routine, this is your excuse to move your body, let off some steam, and meet some cool new people.
The workout is led by Lucky Punch Head Coach Youssef, bringing the heat, and hosted by Sparks Not Swipes founder Sarah, setting the tone and keeping the energy right from start to finish. All fitness and experience levels are welcome, whether it’s your first time putting on a pair of boxing gloves, or you’re a seasoned pro.
After the workout, we’ll cool down and hang out with some light snacks and mocktails, because everything hits better once the endorphins kick in.

While we’re an inclusive community, this event is focused on guests who are men interested in women and women interested in men. Events for the LGBTQ+ community are coming soon.
